Cancellation conditions Casa Mare – Van iseghemlaan 38 , 8400 Oostende

At Casa Mare, we apply the following cancellation conditions for your booking:

1. General

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to renzo@benvolios.be or by phone at 0486 180 814. Cancellations are subject to the type of rate chosen at booking (regular or non-refundable).

2. Refunds

• At least 14 days before arrival: regular rate = 100% refund, non-refundable rate = no refund

• Less than 14 days but at least 7 days before arrival: regular rate = 50% refund, non-refundable rate = no refund

• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund for both rates

3. Notes

• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund applies.

• Cancellation fees are deducted based on the paid amount and chosen rate.
