Hausregeln – Casa Mare Oostende

We want everyone to have a pleasant stay. That's why we ask our guests to respect the following house rules:

1. Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 16h

Check-out: at latest 12h

Leave the apartment tidy upon departure

2. Number of guests

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people

Extra guests are only allowed after prior permission

3. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, please use the ashtray!

4. Pets

Pets are not allowed

If allowed: only after prior consultation

5. Noise and quiet hours

Be considerate of neighbors

Quiet hours: between 22:00 – 08:00

Parties and gatherings are not allowed

6. Cleanliness and use

Treat the apartment and inventory with care

Report damage or defects as soon as possible

Do not move furniture without consultation

7. Waste

Please sort waste according to local regulations

Leave no waste behind upon departure, you can deposit it in the trash room located in the entrance

8. Energy and safety

Turn off lighting, heating/air conditioning and appliances upon departure

Close windows and doors when absent

9. Parking

Parking is possible in the parking garage via number plate recognition and only during your stay.

10. Keys

Handle keys/badges with care

Loss of keys/badge can lead to additional costs

11. Breach of house rules

In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including charging costs after your stay.
